Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

During sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control.

Please Double-Check Your Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to Walnut Grove due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order shipped again.

Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages

Walnut Grove of Leesburg is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
