Due to the nature of our boutique and the variety of products we carry, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for unwanted items, incorrect sizing, change of mind, or other personal preferences.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, photos, and your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about an item before ordering, we are always happy to help!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please note that normal variations in color, texture, pattern placement, or handmade details are not considered defects.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Walnut Grove of Leesburg is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our All Sales Final policy.
